  • Are all air filters the same? How often should I replace them?

    No, not all air filters are the same. We usually recommend changing your filter monthly, to keep things free flowing.


    Depending on how thick your filter is will dictate how often it should be changed; thicker filter, less changes - thinner filter, change more often.


    We do not always recommend a thicker filter for various reasons. During your visit, our technician will provide you with the best possible outfit for your ac system.

  • Do you offer service agreements? How do they work?

    Yes, we do offer service agreements. Residential agreements are scheduled bi-annually. Commercial agreements vary. Call us today to determine your commercial service schedule.

  • Why should I perform preventive maintenance?

    Preventive maintenance is crucial for your air conditioning system. We recommend servicing your system 1-2 times a year. Water leaks are the biggest trouble and can cause damage to your home. During maintenance services our technicians are sure to clear your drain line of any sludge, making you less vulnerable to a future water leak.

  • What should I set my thermostat at when I leave for a long period of time?

    We recommend setting your thermostat to 82-85 degrees when leaving. This will prevent your air conditioning system from running often, but also keeping the humidity level at a suitable level.

  • Do you offer extended warranties?

    Yes, we do. We offer several different extended parts and labor warranty options for newly installed air conditioning systems. If you're looking to replace your ac system, give us a call to view all of your options.

  • What brands do you offer?

    For our HVAC equipment we offer American Standard, Ameristar, Arcoaire, Allied, and Mitsubishi. For our ice machine equipment we offer Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, and Koolaire.


    Even though we offer the brands above, we are able to usually work on any brand of equipment.
