During maintenance services our technicians are sure to clear your drain line of any sludge, making you less vulnerable to a future water leak.

We recommend setting your thermostat to 82-85 degrees when leaving. This will prevent your air conditioning system from running often, but also keeping the humidity level at a suitable level.
